Electronic Punching

The Emit electronic punching system will be in use both days. For those new to the system, a competitors guide can be found on the Emit website.

Dogs

Dogs are not permitted in the competition or assembly area on either day. Dogs will be allowed in the car parks but must be kept on a lead at all times. Owners must clear up after their dogs and remove waste from the sites themselves.

Beaulieu Entry

Beaulieu Motor Museum, Palace House and Abbey will be offering discounted entry to competitors for the seven days either side of the relays. The discount is available with a copy of the voucher (available for download here) AND a British Orienteering membership card.

Traders

No traders are allowed without prior approval from the organiser.
