Only 2009 British Orienteering National members.
UK Cup
Only 2009 British Orienteering members and foreign competitors who are full members of their National Federation.
Future Champions Cup
Only M/W 18-20 2009 British Orienteering members or foreign competitors who are full members of their National Federation.
Start Blocks
Early/Middle/Late start blocks are provisionally from 0931h, 1015h, and 1215h with last start at 1300hr. Elite competitors will be seeded by the Elite Competitions Group.

Eligibility
As per British Orienteering Guideline E:
- To be competitive in classes A to P all runners must be in the same club, except in classes A and B where the UK Relay League Neighbouring Clubs Alliances guideline applies.
- Classes Q and R (Mixed Ad Hoc and Junior Ad Hoc) are open to teams (M and/or W) made up from members of different clubs.

Team Declarations
Team declarations will open shortly after the closing date of the 7th Feb, and entrants will be notified by email when this occurs. Use the standard Fabian4 View / Amend Entry function to complete the declarations. It is very easy to use, with an Auto Complete function that makes use of the individual day start list. We request that all teams declare online if possible (even if you entered by post). Team declarations must be made by 1500h on 28 February 2009.
